A comfortable ground floor apartment sleeping up to four guests, set in a wonderfully peaceful rural location on the banks of the River Black Water in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Breakfast provisions and a selection of toiletries are included, and all beds are made up with coverless duvets that are fully washed after every stay to help provide an exceptionally fresh and clean sleeping environment.

 

The apartment enjoys beautiful Highland views, with Ben Wyvis just around the corner, and is an excellent base for families, couples, walkers, adventurers and travellers exploring the North Coast 500. Free off-road parking is available, the property has its own enclosed garden, and well-behaved pets are very welcome.

The property is located approximately six miles west of Garve in a genuinely rural Highland setting. We strongly recommend travelling by car, as public transport is very limited and the nearest railway station is in Garve. We also recommend watching our drone footage, which gives an excellent impression of the exact location and the surrounding countryside.

 

The apartment sleeps up to four guests in one spacious bedroom, which contains a 5ft king-size bed and a set of adult-sized bunk beds. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.

 

The main living area is open plan, combining the kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is comfortable lounge seating and a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney+, allowing guests to sign in using their own accounts.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a coffee machine, air fryer, cooker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher, together with the essential kitchen equipment needed for your stay.

 

Although the apartment is self-catering, we provide a complimentary breakfast selection, typically including cereals, bread, butter, jam or marmalade, milk, tea and coffee.

All beds have coverless duvets that are fully washed after every guest stay, helping us maintain a very fresh and clean sleeping environment. A complimentary selection of individually packaged bath toiletries is also provided, together with a bathrobe and slippers for added comfort.
