Leave the rush of everyday life behind and enjoy a peaceful stay at Owl View, a cosy two-bedroom flat with beautiful views across the River Black Water towards Ben Wyvis. Set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, this is an ideal base for couples, small families, walkers, anglers and travellers exploring the North Coast 500.

Guests can enjoy the rear garden and riverside grounds, with complimentary fishing for brown trout in the River Black Water during their stay. Well-behaved pets are very welcome.

Owl View is a small, cosy and fully self-contained flat, best suited to guests who appreciate a peaceful location and Highland scenery rather than a large amount of indoor space.

 

The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite shower room.

 

Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom. Guests using the second bedroom will therefore need to pass through the main bedroom to reach the bathroom.

 

The second bedroom is compact and contains a single bed.

 

The main living area is open plan, combining the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the living area includes a small dining table and chairs, three comfortable armchairs, a sideboard, television and a nest of coffee tables.

 

Heating is provided by electric radiators throughout the property, and the bathroom is fitted with an electric power shower.

 

We want guests to book with a clear understanding of the accommodation, so please be aware that Owl View is a small flat. Its appeal lies in its cosy character, peaceful riverside setting and excellent location for exploring the Highlands.

 

Guests have exclusive use of the entire flat. Owl View is completely self-contained and has its own private front door.

 

Guests are also welcome to use the rear garden and the wider grounds leading down towards the River Black Water. This is a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the sound of the river and the surrounding Highland scenery.

 

Guests staying at Owl View may also fish for brown trout in the River Black Water free of charge (you will need to bring your own fishing equipment).

 

A designated parking space is provided for Owl View. On entering the property, follow the driveway around to the right and the allocated parking space is directly ahead.
