If it’s a real rural back to nature getaway you are looking for then look no further. River Black Water Hospitality is here to provide you with a range of services. We sit in the middle of the Highlands of Scotland on A835, very close to the famous NC500. We are off-grid for everything except Electricity so please, do not expect all the frills that you might find in a big city. We are 32 Miles from Inverness, 26 Miles from ULLAPOOL close to GARVE. There is such a large area to explore and wonderful scenery to see, the highest roads to scare you, LOGIE FALLS to marvel at, blue rivers and lochs, and even a GORGE.
We are perfect for travelling to SKYE or the FERRY We are ’round the corner’ to the magnificent Ben Wyvis, a mountain over 3,000 feet, in the winter time the snow is quite a sight to see. We have extensive grounds going down to the River Black Water where guests can fish for Brown Trout free, or you can just sit out and enjoy the quiet beautiful scenery.

River Black Water Holiday Lets Ltd have SELF-CATERING holiday cottages, SELF-CATERING holiday flats and pods. The SELF- CATERING accommodation provides from two people and up to ten. For ONE NIGHT STAYS OR STOP-OVERS TO LONG STAYS, tourists or WORKMEN. The booking even includes BREAKFAST, so B&B added value. Each property comes with fully equipped kitchens including microwaves, kettles, toaster, coffee percolator, cookers, fridge/freezer. A lounge with TV, free Wi-Fi. Dining area. Shower ensuites. King-size beds and single beds – we use coverless duvets, so the duvets are washed after every use, helping to keep everything clean and hygiene for our guests, hairdryer. Towels are provided. River Black Water Inn is attached to the accommodation, the PUB has a range of malt whiskies, along with alcoholic and safe drinks so just the place to saunter to from your accommodation. It also has Guest rooms available. There is also a cafe and bar meals providing a wide range of meals, you can enjoy just a cup of coffee and a cake or a three course meal.
